Once I received the package in the mail for the nike star runner 4 nn. I instantly opened the box and handed them to my step daughter to try on. First impression from aesthetic standpoint its a simple black and white runner it looks good nothing amazing or anything that stands out. I handed them to my daughter for her to try on, After she put them on and walked around for a while her first words were "These are comfortable" as if most shoes from her experience aren't comfortable. So after two weeks of cheerleading practice and a days walk at the state fair lets see if this initial outburst held true.
First we will start with the fit after these two weeks this shoe became her favorite shoe to wear. The comfort and fit we would give a 8.5 out of 10 stars. They are light with good cushioning not super squishy but also not too firm. Contain the feet well. Roomy and have good breathability as well. From an aesthetic stand point the shoe is basic not bulky looking slim and narrow. The materials were soft and comfortable very pliable which is excellent for most athletic shoes especially a runner. After two weeks the durabilty seems to be great the shoe is holding together well no rips or tears. Overall we would say this shoe is and excellent running shoe where simplicity gets the job done and less is more the only issue was a visual one aesthetically the heel in the back is a bit too high would look better brought but it probably serves a functional purpose of keeping the heel in the shoe during strenuous wear!

These are very comfortable on foot. Hugs your foot in all the right places. The back heel is very sturdy as well. This gave me the confidence that the shoe will be able to support my foot properly when walking, running or jogging.

The design is absolutely my style. Very intricate designs integrated in the shoe. I love the star design on the front tongue and also on the back flap. There are some really nice touches in the design like the unique nike swooshes that are different on each side of shoe. There are different textures throughout the shoe as well that is very tastefully done and everything has a purpose.

The front is more of a movable fabric kind of like a netting and the back is made up of a more durable material that gives you the support you need in running shoes. The back heel support is strong and sturdy but gives just enough flexibility. There is a toe cap in the front that is made of a very thick and durable material to help protect your feet from the outside elements. Also the same material on the back bottom heel. There are really cute symbols engraved on the bottom tread that just adds to its cute esthetic. This includes little moons, aliens, and suns. The whole shoe feels and looks like very good quality materials. These shoes can be worn by kids or adults. They are extremely lightweight which is perfect for me when running.

I like how they fit, the cute design, and how versatile the look is. With the black/white color it goes with any outfit. I also love how lightweight they are. My feet also don't hurt after walking, running or jogging in them which speaks to their quality.

It is a very comfortable material but it might attract lint easily. Especially in black. Glue was visible on shoe in front by front toe cap but wipes off easily.

Overall, my new favorite running shoes!

The Nike runner 4 NN shoes are lightweight, comfortable and most importantly, the sole isn’t oversized like the “Dad shoe trend” as a runner, I felt these were perfect for my running needs outdoor or on the treadmill. Also great for weight training.

The shoe has a modern take with two different Nike swooshes on each side of the shoe, which makes the aesthetic of these Nikes pop with flavor! These are the type of Nikes that can be worn with joggers, shorts or leggings. I think the design of these shoes are sleek. I also enjoy the black and white color, they seem to match with most Nike standard running gear. I DIG IT!!!!
I’m interested to know if they will come in other colors also.

-The pros of this shoe is, the fabric has some stretch yet breathable. The heel felt great, and didn’t pack down after running a week. Not only do these Nikes have a modern, sleek, design but it’s super lightweight. Which is also great for a training shoe.
The only con would be sizing, the shoes do run a little bigger from most Nike running shoes, by a half size.

I like to provide a review so that others, like me, who research their products before buying them can get a better idea of what they are purchasing. These shoes were purchased for my daughter so I will be reviewing them with her. She said the fit and feel are good, she thinks they are super comfortable for running and gym activities. She loves the design, she has a very basic, not flashy style and these fit the bill. The fabric is fine, she got them in black so that’s always helpful for a middle school aged student. They may stain easily in other colors but that’s a risk you take with any light-colored shoe that isn’t sustainable. Over all she loves these shoes, she loves the sporty look and uses them for gym class and cheer practice. She said she wouldn’t change anything about them.
